These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and y111 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the y111 website, casino games, sports betting services, and all associated features accessible at y111.one. By registering an account or using the y111 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

Any form of cheating, collusion, bonus abuse, chargebacks, or use of automated betting systems is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and legal referral where applicable.

In this Agreement, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or access any Services at y111. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. y111 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the Player is found to be or suspected to be under 18 years of age. Any balance in such an Account will be forfeited.

Pakistani players are responsible for assessing and complying with applicable local laws.
2.3 Registration Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name as it appears on your national identity document (CNIC), date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
2.4 One Account Per Player. Each individual may hold only one registered Account at y111. Opening duplicate Accounts – whether under the same or different identity information – is prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
2.5 Account Approval. y111 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without obligation to provide reasons.
3.1 Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes (OTPs). y111 will never ask you for your password.
3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify y111 support immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. Until such notification is received and acknowledged by y111, all activity on your Account – including any financial transactions – is your responsibility.
3.3 Account Sharing. You may not permit any third party to access or use your y111 Account. Accounts are strictly personal. y111 is not liable for losses arising from Account sharing.
3.4 KYC Verification. y111 is required to verify the identity and age of Players prior to processing any withdrawal. The KYC process requires submission of a valid government-issued identity document (such as a CNIC) and may include additional verification steps. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions.
4.1 Deposit Methods. y111 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, and Visa/Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. y111 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.
4.2 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals may be processed to the same payment method used for deposits, subject to method availability. The minimum withdrawal amount will be communicated within the Account cashier section. Withdrawals are only processed to accounts in the Player's own name – third-party withdrawals are prohibited.
4.3 Processing Times. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 1–6 hours of approval. Bank transfers typically process within 1–2 business days. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are typically processed within 2–4 hours. These are estimated timeframes and are not guaranteed.
4.4 Transaction Limits. y111 applies transaction limits that may vary by payment method, Account verification status, and promotional period. Current limits are displayed in the Account cashier at all times.
4.5 Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal against a y111 deposit is considered a breach of this Agreement. y111 reserves the right to close the Account, recover any amounts reversed, and pursue the matter through applicable legal channels.
5.1 Eligibility. Bonuses and promotions at y111 are subject to individual offer terms, including minimum deposit requirements, eligible games, wagering requirements, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and expiry dates. These terms are published at the time of each offer.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the offer terms before a withdrawal can be processed. Wagering contributions vary by game type and are stated in the promotion terms.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. y111 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold withdrawals, and close Accounts where there is evidence of systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to: use of multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, exploitation of game loopholes to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, or misrepresentation of identity to qualify for offers.
5.4 Right to Modify or Withdraw. y111 may modify or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Once a bonus has been credited to an Account, the terms applicable at the time of crediting apply.
6.1 Game Integrity. All casino games offered at y111 use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) provided by licensed third-party game developers. y111 does not modify game software or alter RTP settings beyond developer defaults. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed within each game's information panel.
6.2 Sports Betting. Sports betting markets, odds, and bet settlement are governed by y111's Sports Betting Rules, which form part of this Agreement. In the event of technical errors, data feed failures, or manifest pricing errors, y111 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
6.3 Malfunction. In the event of a game or platform malfunction, y111's decision regarding the validity of any affected round or bet is final. Malfunctions void all pays and plays arising from the malfunction event.
6.4 Maximum Winnings. y111 reserves the right to apply maximum winnings caps on individual game sessions, bet types, or within specific promotional periods. Applicable caps are communicated within the relevant game or promotion terms.
The following activities are strictly prohibited at y111 and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and potential legal action:
8.1 Platform Content. All content on the y111 platform, including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, software, and game interfaces (excluding third-party game content), is the intellectual property of y111 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
8.2 Restricted Use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any y111 content without prior written permission. Accessing the platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
9.1 No Guarantee of Winnings. y111 does not guarantee that you will win money by using the Services. All gambling and betting activities involve risk of financial loss. You acknowledge that casino games and sports betting are games of chance and/or skill with inherently unpredictable outcomes.
9.2 Platform Availability. y111 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond y111's control may affect platform availability. y111 is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime.
9.3 Consequential Losses. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, y111 excludes all liability for indirect, consequential, special, or incidental losses, including loss of profits, arising from use of or inability to use the Services.
10.1 18+ Policy. y111 is committed to responsible gaming and strictly enforces the 18+ age requirement. Any Account found to be operated by a person under 18 years of age will be permanently closed and all funds forfeited, with the matter reported to relevant authorities where required.

10.3 Self-Exclusion. A Player who requests permanent self-exclusion will have their Account closed immediately and will not be permitted to re-register. y111 will take reasonable steps to identify and close any re-registration attempt by a self-excluded individual.

11.1 y111's Rights. y111 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of this Agreement, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification, requests from regulatory or law enforcement authorities, or where continued operation of the Account poses a reputational or legal risk to y111.
11.2 Player-Initiated Closure. A Player may close their Account at any time by contacting y111 support. Any verified real-money balance will be paid out to the Player's verified payment method following a final review. Bonus funds are forfeited upon Account closure.
11.3 Funds on Suspension. Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, associated funds will be held in escrow during the investigation period. If the investigation concludes in the Player's favour, funds will be released. If misconduct is confirmed, funds may be forfeited.
y111 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, y111 will provide reasonable notice to Players via the email address or mobile number registered to their Account, or via a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the Services following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Services and may request Account closure.
13.1 Governing Law. This Agreement shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the internal policies of y111. Players are reminded that they are solely responsible for compliance with all local laws in Pakistan that may apply to online gaming.
13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, payment transactions, or any other aspect of y111's Services, Players must first contact y111 support in writing to allow y111 the opportunity to resolve the matter. y111 will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute submissions within 10 business days.
13.3 Final Decisions. All decisions regarding game outcome disputes, suspected fraud investigations, and bonus validity are made by y111 and are final, subject only to the dispute escalation process described in clause 13.2.
